The client was looking to expand her existing property portfolio, however her current insurer did not allow additional properties to be added onto the policy.
We were able to source an insurer that offered the flexibility to add properties as and when she either purchased or refinanced them, providing a long-term solution that suited her investment plans.
In addition, we arranged a Rent Guarantee policy which would cover up to £2,500 per month for up to 12 months in the event of rental arrears should a tenant fail to pay. The policy also included Landlord’s Legal Cover, giving the client reassurance and financial protection should legal action or eviction proceedings become necessary.
The client was extremely happy with the outcome, as it provided both flexibility for her growing portfolio and peace of mind moving forward.
